We’re Hiring a Front Desk Associate at Revolution Dojo

Located in the heart of East Downtown (EaDo), next to the soccer stadium, Revolution Dojo is more than just a martial arts gym. It’s a community focused on growth and discipline. We are expanding our team and need a new Front Desk Associate to greet our members.

The Role: The Heartbeat of the Dojo

As a Front Desk Associate, you will take on several roles: receptionist, sales person, and operations support. You will help the gym run smoothly and ensure every member feels welcome.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• The Welcome: Greeting members enthusiastically as they arrive and checking them in.

• Sales & Growth: Being comfortable in sales, following up with trial members, and inviting them to officially join Revolution.

• Operations: Keeping the facility clean and organized, making sure the fitness area and restrooms are tidy, and enforcing gym rules.

• Admin & Marketing: Answering phone calls, managing packages, helping with merchandise at the front desk, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining our CRM.

What You Need to Bring to the Mat (Qualifications)

• Experience: You need at least 1 year of sales experience. Experience in the fitness industry is preferred.

• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. You should be ready to learn our CRM tools.

• Character: We want a team player with good ethics who takes pride in their appearance and is ready to help with various tasks as needed.

• You must pass a background check.
