Limitation of Liability Regarding SMS/Text Messaging: Revolution Dojo Houston L.L.C. and the mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We provide the SMS service on an 'as-is' basis and do not guarantee the timely delivery or the security of the transmission. You acknowledge that factors outside of our control, such as network availability or mobile device settings, may impact your ability to receive our messages. By opting into our messaging program, you agree that neither Revolution Dojo Houston L.L.C. nor any wireless carrier shall be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from a failure to deliver a message or any inaccuracies within the content sent.
